Before joining Audax in 2026, Yvonne was Head Fund Counsel at HighVista Strategies LLC.

She also previously worked at Aberdeen Group plc and Goodwin Procter LLP.

Yvonne received a B.A. from Harvard College and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
