Keith is a Senior Vice President of Finance at Audax Private Debt.

Prior to joining Audax in 2022, Keith was the Finance Analytics Lead of Credit team at Wells Fargo within the Capital Markets division. He also previously worked as an Accounting Manager at Chilton Investment Company, Shumway Capital Partners and Deloitte and Touche.

Keith received a BS in Accounting and Master’s in Business Administration from Quinnipiac University.
