Carter is an Associate at Audax Private Debt, and a member of our unitranche and junior debt investment teams.

Prior to joining Audax in 2023, Carter was an Analyst at Guggenheim Securities in their Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors Group.

Carter received a BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
