Creditflux Announces Audax Pricing of Fourth Mid Market CLO at $338.9M

October 30, 2020 – (Creditflux) – Audax Private Debt has brought its CLOs under management up to $1.5 billion after pricing its fourth new issue deal in a transaction arranged by Bank of America, according to market sources. The $338.8 million CLO, named Audax Senior Debt CLO 4, is backed by loans to middle market companies.
