Audax Private Debt announced that it acted as Documentation Agent in a unitranche credit facility to support the acquisition of Service Today by Thompson Street Capital Partners’ (“TSCP”) portfolio company, Len the Plumber (the “Company”). TSCP is a St. Louis-based private equity firm focused on investing in founder-led middle market businesses across in the Life Sciences & Healthcare, Software & Technology, and Business & Consumer Services and Products sectors.
