Audax Private Debt Provides Financing to Support Incline Equity Partners’ Investment in Alliance Environmental Group
Audax Private Debt announced that, as Joint Lead Arranger, it provided a unitranche credit facility to support the acquisition of Alliance Environmental Group (“Alliance” or the “Company”) by Incline Equity Partners (“Incline”), a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm.
Founded in 1995 and based in Azusa, CA, Alliance Environmental Group is a provider of residential and commercial environmental remediation services. Alliance offers a full suite of facility and property remediation services, such as indoor air quality, asbestos abatement, pest control and other environmental remediation services. As one of the most experienced and trusted environmental contractors in California, Alliance’s teams complete more than 2,000 jobs every month, and to date have successfully completed more than 200,000 remediation projects — from residential duct removals to full-scale commercial building abatement.
