Audax Private Debt announced that, as Syndication Agent, it provided a unitranche credit facility to support the acquisition of Kalkomey Holdings LLC (“Kalkomey” or the “Company”) by Cove Hill Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm that invests in the consumer and technology industries.
