Audax Private Debt Provides Financing to Support BBH Capital Partners’ Recapitalization of Sunstar Insurance Group

Audax Private Debt announced that, as Co-Syndication Agent, it provided a unitranche credit facility to support the recapitalization of Sunstar Insurance Group (“Sunstar” or the “Company”) by BBH Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm.
