Jessica is a Managing Director at Audax Private Debt, overseeing Business Solutions.

Prior to joining Audax in 2026, Jessica was a Managing Director at Marathon Asset Management, where she was responsible for the firm’s Software Applications, Artificial Intelligence, and Data functions. Previously, she was a Principal on the Business Transformation team at Oak Hill Advisors. Earlier in her career, Jessica spent nearly ten years at Bridgewater Associates and worked at GE Asset Management.

Jessica received an MBA from the University of Connecticut, an MAT from Sacred Heart University, and a BS from the University of Connecticut.
