Jayson is a Principal at Audax Private Debt, and a member of our senior debt investment team.

Prior to joining Audax, Jayson was a Managing Director at Webster Bank. He also previously worked at GE Capital for over 15 years, most recently as Senior Vice President in the Bank Loan Group.

Jayson received a BA in Finance from Western Connecticut State University and MBA from the University of Connecticut.
