Audax Private Debt Provides Financing to Support Odyssey Investment Partners’ Investment in NSi Industries

Audax Private Debt announced that, as Joint Lead Arranger and Bookrunner, it provided a unitranche credit facility to support the acquisition of NSi Industries (“NSi” or the “Company”) by Odyssey Investment Partners, LLC (“Odyssey”), a private equity investment firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles.

NSi Industries is a supplier of a wide variety of electrical connector, fitting, control and wire management products for construction, maintenance, and repair applications. NSi’s well-known brands include Polaris™ insulated connectors, Bridgeport Fittings, TORK® time and lighting controls and Platinum Tools® connectors & tools. The Company sells 7,500+ SKUs to end customers through industrial distributors, retail, and e-commerce channels.
