Audax Private Debt Provides Financing to Support Merger of QuantiTech & Millennium Engineering and Integration Company
Audax Private Debt announced that, as Administrative Agent and Co-Lead Arranger, it provided a Second Lien Credit Facility to support the merger of QuantiTech, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital and leading provider of technical engineering and management support services for mission critical defense programs, and Millennium Engineering and Integration Company (“MEI” or the “Company”).
Headquartered in Arlington, VA, MEI provides technical engineering services, research and development support, and systems engineering and integration (SE&I) solutions to customers in the space, defense, cyber, and intelligence communities.
