Audax Private Debt Prices $541 Million CLO 9 Reset

NEW YORK — July 23, 2026 — Audax Private Debt ("Audax") today announced the pricing of a $541 million reset of Audax Senior Debt CLO 9, LLC, a middle-market CLO managed by Audax Private Debt. Wells Fargo Securities served as sole bookrunner on the transaction. The transaction features a senior AAA term-note spread of SOFR + 152 bps and is anticipated to close on August 6, 2026.

CLO 9 originally priced in February 2024; this reset comes approximately two and a half years later, extending the vehicle's non-call period to October 2028 and its reinvestment period to October 2030. The transaction marks Audax' third CLO transaction of 2026, following two refinancings priced in May across Audax Senior Debt CLO 4 and Audax Senior Debt CLO 7, and reflects the firm's ongoing, proactive approach to liability management across its platform.
