Lazare is an Associate at Audax Private Debt, and a member of our unitranche and junior debt investment teams.

Prior to joining Audax in 2021, Lazare was an Investment Banking Associate with Bank of America in the Leverage Finance Group.

Lazare received a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
